Our services

Based in Tipton, we are a specialist CQC registered provider for supported living and care services for individuals living with mental health, learning disability, autism spectrum disorders and physical health issues within their own home. Our staff are highly trained and are passionate about delivering high-quality services. We treat our clients as partners in formulation and implementation of their support packages. We value investing time in forming positive relationships with them.

Our support interventions balance the principles of rehabilitation, empowerment, positive risk taking and management, dignity and respect. We take outcome focused approaches in supporting our clients and stake holders.

Supported Living

Our support workers can support you or your loved one to live the life they desire, at home or at our accommodation facilities. We can help with all aspects of daily life, including shopping, making meals, cleaning and taking care of household chores.

Imperial Breeze Healthcare Ltd provide person centred support and accommodation for people with a wide range of physical and learning disability needs. Based in Tipton, we have 15 years of experience operating across Worcester, Dudley, Birmingham, Staffordshire, and the West Midlands.

24-hour support services are available to those with mental health needs, mild learning disabilities and mild autistic spectrum disorders. Our compassionate and reliable support workers work with clients on all aspects of daily living, providing assistance at home and in our accommodation.
